Purpose of the study is to provide sound and reliable information for the decision maker in order to decide the usage of certain buildings on the brown field before the remediation completed nearby, to order building reconstruction, to select optimal form and function of the buildings without endangerement the health of workers, visitors and trespassers there.
As a basis of risc assessment accredited in-door air, building material, soil and ground water analysis were carried out for organic and inorganic contaminants connected to the activities in the past.
Finally we found, that the investigated buildings and their surroundings are suitable for social purposes from the point of human risk assessment.
